Junior eCommerce Project Manager needed for a direct hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Allen, Texas.

What You'll Be Doing:
- This individual will be responsible for leading specific client development activities for our fully-functional E-commerce websites.
Account/Project Management
- Help lead the build process and client expectations
- Work directly with client and account management to guide expectations.
- Key role will be participation in the planning and prioritization of build cycles at a client level.
- Participate in requirements gathering, giving technical guidance at a high level
- Work closely with development team to provide client with written estimates and scopes on project work with timeline dependent milestones.
- Function as build manager, publishing build notes to stakeholders and promoting code to Production
- Help foster functionality sharing/code sharing between disparate clients
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science or equivalent experience, with some experience leading small development teams.
- Experience in a web development environment preferred
- E-commerce experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skillsTechnical Requirements
- Working knowledge of web development fundamentals (some programming background preferred)
- Working knowledge of XML and web services (SOAP), and various ways to integrate with 3rd party systems (Real Time and batch)
- Familiarity with web standards
- Working knowledge of database concepts and design
- Experience with source control and collaboration tools such as Basecamp, Subversion, MS Team Server, SharePoint, etc.
- Non-technical Requirements
- Strong mentoring skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to communicate and interact with senior management team
- Strong project management and documentation skills
