High School Diploma or GED. Such alternatives to the qualifications as may be found appropriate and acceptable to the administration.
Job Description:
Prior payroll experience preferred. Experience with maintaining payroll leave balances, one time payments, direct deposit, taxes and professional dues. Proficient in printing and sending out checks and advices; file maintenance and shredding. Ability to organize information for easy access - both electronically and physically. Positive communication skills with people. Perform such other duties as the superintendent may assign. Reports to Chief Financial Officer and Payroll Administrator.
OTHER INFORMATION: Evaluation of job performance is a continuous process designed to improve the quality of work performed. Performance evaluations shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of policies pertaining to Evaluation of Auxiliary Personnel.
