Job Description: To organize and administer the school discipline and attendance policies, and to coordinate the student activity programs, and to relieve the principal of such impediments as prevent him from fulfilling his chief responsibility of promoting the educational well-being of each student in the school. Reports to the Principal.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities: Assists the principal in the overall administration of the school. Serves as principal in the absence of the regular principal. Assists in preparation of master schedule, student schedules, and maintenance of all student academic records. Assists in the registration and orientation of new students. Serves as attendance officer for the school district; writes letters of warning, when necessary, in reference to school compulsory attendance, files complaints when violations occur, and represents the school district in resulting court cases; supervises the reporting and monitoring of student attendance. Coordinates student organizations as related to fund raising, field trips, transportation, and building reservations. Supervises and approves all P.A. announcements. Administers the student insurance program. Supervises and approves all events on the master calendar and correlates areas of building usage. Assumes responsibility for scheduling and supervising all school assembly programs. Coordinates all transportation for school activities. Coordinates the Special Education program as assigned by the principal. Supervises detention hall and in-school suspension. Responsible for inventory, equipment, and supplies. Assist with campus security and key control. Assists in the accounting of funds for athletic events. Assists in the supervision of extracurricular activities assigned by the principal. Serves as campus coordinator for Region X Education Service Center services. Serves as campus coordinator for textbooks, supplies, and other materials. Assists with the orientation of new teachers. Assists in the supervision and evaluation of substitute teachers. Assists in the evaluation of the teaching staff as assigned by the principal and regularly prepares reports on these to the principal. Helps build staff morale by cooperating with teachers in obtaining instructional materials and needs. Prepares and supervises all duty schedules. Assists in maintaining discipline throughout the student body and deals with special cases as necessary. Assists in the supervision of the custodial staff to ensure proper building and grounds maintenance. Assists in the preparation of the building for special events. Coordinates all safety inspections and safety drill practice activities. Performs other duties as assigned by the superintendent.
REQUIRED
Experience: Minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
OTHER INFORMATION: Supervises staff members designated by the Board, Superintendent, or Principal. Mental Demands: Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written), coordinate campus support functions; maintain emotional control under stress. Physical
Demands/Environmental Factors: Occasional districtwide travel; occasional prolonged and irregular hours. Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with the provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Administrative Personnel.

SALARY: Administrator/Professional Pay Grade 104, $326.32-$397.95 daily rate. Commensurate with experience according to district salary schedule.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
