We are looking for Customer Service Representatives that will help our customers with any questions regarding our company, their accounts, quotes, and shipment statuses.

Responsibilities:
Take an active role in educating customers about our company Answering inbound calls and placing outbound client retention calls Process over the phone payments Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support Presenting and delivering information to clients Handling all client's questions in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications (Required):
Customer service experience Available Monday through Friday Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Qualifications (Preferred):
QuickBooks experience Ability to multitask while working with customers Detail oriented Proficient typing skills Team player Friendly and willing to solve problems Bilingual is a plus Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
