Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO and President.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This is an in-office position located at our Texas headquarters.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Manage the CEO and President's calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2.
Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions.
3.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO and President.
4.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and President and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication at all times.
5.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items as necessary.
6.
Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
7.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.
8.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential matters.
9.
Collaborate with other members of the executive support team to ensure seamless operations and alignment of priorities.
10.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience 3-5 years as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
