We are an innovative clinic located in both Allen and Garland, TX with great growth potential.
We specialize in non-surgical treatments of various spine and joint pathologies via Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, Regenerative and Pain Management treatments.
We are only interested in a person with a winning personality and nurturing attitude to join our team.
The right candidate will be an individual who can demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities in a variety of encounters with various company personnel.
The candidate will oversee planning and coordinating new events with a list of selected companies.
Promoting Our corporate wellness program, which includes Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, Regenerative and Pain Management treatments would be the main responsibility of the candidate.
The role also includes cross-training as a front office coordinator/medical assistant.
With the right person, the position could later be promoted to take over our Company Wellness Coordinator with an enticing bonus structure.
We are looking for a candidate who will accept challenges, is open to learn and is receptive to instructions to improve.
Punctuality and putting in 100% while at work are a must.
Responsibilities and Duties Answering a multi-line phone system and handling patient calls as appropriate.
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
Completing the New Patient Registration process through our electronic charting system.
Obtaining referrals, precertification/pre-authorizations, as required.
Communicating and collaborating with other health team members.
Assisting in relationship management with referring physician offices.
Assisting the physician if needed.
All other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager and/or Physician.
Qualifications and Skills Preferred but not required 1 year of proven marketing/ medical office/medical assisting experience in a physician practice.
Excellent typing and documentation skills.
Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office Word, Excel, Exceptional customer service and communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
