We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Music School Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere at our school.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage incoming calls and emails, providing information and routing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
Schedule and coordinate student lessons, rehearsals, and events.
Maintain accurate student records and registration information.
Assist with administrative tasks, including handling payments and maintaining office supplies.
Keep the reception area organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Communicate effectively with instructors, students, and parents to address questions and concerns.
Assist in promoting school events and programs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of music or a genuine interest in music education is a plus.
Proficiency in office software (e.
g.
, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
