We are seeking an outstanding Treatment Coordinator to join our team! Your day-to-day responsibilities include responsibility and accountability for all insurance communication and scheduling with our practice and the liaison between the patient, restoring doctor, and our surgeon responsible for surgery.
These services include but are not limited to greeting patients and assisting them with any insurance related inquiries and concerns, verifying insurance coverage and eligibility for patients, maintaining patient records, and coordinating patient flow.
The individual must have excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple cases at any given time and be detail oriented.
You will be an integral part of the team with a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for learning and growth.

1 year of experience Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery OR Dental proven track record of growth experienced with customer service techniques.
