Our Supervisors & Team Members are the face of Krispy Kreme in our shops.
You will get to enjoy interactions with our customers and inspire customer wonder by serving them our delectable doughnuts.
DOUGHNUT SPECIALIST/CASHIER - What will you do? Take orders and accept payments at the register.
Answer customer questions and provide them with delicious doughnuts.
Offer samples to customers so they can have a small taste of our sweet treats! You'll make sure our doughnuts and all other products are made to perfection, and as fresh as possible for our guests.
Be cross-trained to jump into other duties as needed DOUGHNUT MAKER - What will you do? Complete timely setups of ingredients by accurately reading formula cards.
Review and follow production schedule and work orders.
Achieve productivity goals, and record product quality and costumer specification verifications on work orders.
Monitor process and product appearance and make product changes, when necessary.
Clean and store equipment, raw materials and utensils, as needed.
DOUGHNUT DECORATOR - What will you do? Processors exceed customer expectations by providing doughnuts that are not only fresh but meet Krispy Kreme standards by applying the proper icings, toppings and fillings to the various doughnut varieties.
Think of the processor as a Doughnut Designer or the artist in which the doughnut is the canvas; creating a masterpiece each and every time.
The processor also is tasked with prepping wholesale orders for shipping.
Lastly, they may be asked to assist in the retail or production areas on an as needed basis.
SHIFT SUPERVISOR - What will you do? Oversee performance of store activities Training our Krispy Kremers to assist customers in a fun and joyful way.
You'll engage with our customers to help them select doughnuts, operate our point-of-sale system, drive through, and make beverages for them.
You'll make sure the uniforms are clean and tidy, and that the shop is always clean too.
You'll help plan the scheduling and work shifts for the team, and you'll be a leader and a team player.
There might be times you have to handle customer complaints or other issues that may arise.
You're also the go-to person for assuring shop safety- locking doors when closing, handling cash and security.
QUALIFICATIONS You have exceptional customer service skills- we want you to enjoy interacting with our customers and communicate clearly.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle the physical demands of the position in which you're interested Must be 16 years of age or older for Doughnut Specialist Must be 18 years of age or older for Doughnut Decorator, Doughnut Maker and Shift Supervisor Job Types:
