Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationships with new customers to the Hub organization Continuously strive for new account growth while focusing on current business growth and service Manage daily internal and external communication, including rate negotiations, overcoming objections, and providing the value proposition of Hub Group's brokerage offerings Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment that will allow you to thrive based on self-driven results Willingness to adapt to the ever-changing industry and take on additional responsibilities as the department continues to grow and new processes are put into place Full management of customers from an account management standpoint including but not limited to; managing costs to maximize profit, managing problem resolution, ensuring execution KPI are being met, and continual process improvement as your book of business grows Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or management preferred Self-starter, and ability to work autonomously on accounts from end to end Self-driven & goal oriented; competitive drive to succeed Good problem solving ability and creativity in prospecting for new opportunities Job Types:
