Summary:
MonkeySports is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate.
In this role, you will be working with our International Sales Deptartment and be responsible for providing excellent customer service while also assisting with various warehouse duties.
This position requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Essential Job
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and live chats from customers in a professional and friendly manner Assist customers with inquiries, order placements, product information, and problem resolution Accurately process orders Pick and pack orders accurately, ensuring proper packaging and labeling Work with other team members to meet daily warehouse goals and deadlines - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and exceed performance targets
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service and warehouse operations is highly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software systems Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift and move boxes, and stand for extended periods Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable Benefits Medical Dental Vision Vacation/Sick Time 401k with Employer Match for Full Time Employees.
