Job Description Home Clean Heroes is looking for top-quality candidates with a natural smile and a love for cleaning for our Allen and McKinney customers.
Our part-time cleaning specialists are responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services and a positive customer experience for each of our valued clients.
They work alongside our full-time cleaning specialists and typically choose to become full-time cleaning specialists when the opportunity becomes available.
You must be:
Available Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:
30 am - 5:
30 pm Ready to come into work at short notice usually 24 hours Willing to learn the Home Clean Heroes methods of cleaning, using our products and equipment A team player - you'll work with a partner each day to clean homes throughout the McKinney area A hard worker - this is a physical (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, etc.
) job Honest, reliable and have an eye for detail A good driver with a valid license without restrictions preferred but not required Comfortable working in homes with pets Willing to submit to a national background check What you'll receive:
Paid training program $15 - $17 hourly rate- no nights or weekends Company car provided while working Uniforms provided Work-life balance opportunities Complimentary access to virtual telehealth provider Be a Hero, not a maid.
Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee (franchise owner).
