The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Boba restaurant, including achieving sales targets, managing operations, hiring and training staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance.
This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and sales tracking.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure a high level of customer service.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and the local community.
Ensure that all food and drink items meet quality standards.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to drive business growth.
Maintain accurate financial records and track sales and expenses.
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times.
Ensure that all employees are following health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the restaurant industry, particularly in a management role.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and the local community.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and financial goals.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Knowledge of health and safety guidelines.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree in a related field preferred.
