Department Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team of Agilists working to deliver value to our customers. Mastered Agile principles and values, the Scrum framework and its values, as well as knowledge of other Agile frameworks (including scaling frameworks) ? Led team and organizational level Agile maturity assessments and can identify the difference between the current and desired state of their teams and organizations. ? Led teams in learning and experimenting with new techniques and practices that lead to better agility, quality and delivery of valued outcomes. Teaching ? Taught Agile concepts, best practices and techniques throughout the organization (teams, product owners, managers and stakeholders). ? Participated and contributed to Agile communities of practice. ? Presented new ideas in training sessions throughout the organization. Mentoring ? Mentored other Scrum Masters in Agile values and principles, practices and understanding of the why behind the Agile concepts. ? Mentored Product Owners in applicable best practices to help them become stronger in their role. ? Walked the Agile walk and not just talked the Agile talk ? Understood when it was time to teach vs. when it was time to mentor. Facilitating ? Facilitated from the back of the room allowing teams to self organize in solving problems and formulating ideas. ? Guided conflict resolution between team members and/or addressed team toxins. ? Taught the team not to be dependent on the Scrum Master for facilitation and execution of Scrum events. Coaching ? Coached executives and senior leaders to eliminate unhelpful team interactions and foster helpful ones. ? Demonstrated ability to help the team achieve its full potential via self organization and empowerment. ? Coached Product Owners, Managers and others understand their roles and responsibilities in the Agile ecosystem, and helped them reach their full potential. ? Guided globally dispersed teams to collaborate effectively. ? Designed strategies that facilitate transformation. Continuous Learning and Improvement ? Developed custom retrospectives to target the unspoken elephants in the room, and identified specific experiments to help the team improve. ? Created innovative information radars to help the team visualize data from sprint examples as learning opportunities for continuous improvement. ? Implemented personal learning plans and added new skills to enhance your growth as a Scrum Master. Basic Requirements Senior Scrum Master candidates must have the following skills:
? 7 or more years of relative experience in an Agile environment. ? One or more Agile certifications relevant to the role
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project Management, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
