We're seeking a Support Representative who is passionate about contributing to this mission by providing exceptional assistance to our valued clients.
What You'll Do:
As a Support Representative, you'll be the front-line hero ensuring that our users have a seamless experience with ChildPilot software.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing prompt and friendly customer support via email, chat, and phone, assisting users with inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
Offering guidance and training to new and existing users to maximize their utilization of the software's features.
Collaborating closely with our development team to escalate and prioritize technical issues for swift resolution.
Documenting and tracking user interactions, contributing to our knowledge base and helping create valuable resources for users.
Collecting user feedback and insights to continuously improve the software's functionality and user experience.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor to assist users of all technical backgrounds.
Prior experience in customer support.
A passion for working with children and contributing to their positive growth and development.
Familiarity with child-centric organizations, such as schools, daycare centers, or youth programs, is a plus.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems.
